Created in 2008, the crisis and support centre of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs responds to humanitarian crises and events threatening the security of French nationals abroad. It is responsible for monitoring, anticipation and issuing warnings. It also helps stabilise the situation after a crisis.
